10 Empty Feelings.

1. Watching someone I would do anything for go to someone else for help.

2. Seeing someone I care about struggle but I can only do so much to support them

3. Knowing the things I need to do to be better but not feelings like I deserve to be better

4. Moving across the state to get away from my problems back home thinking it will solve them but they follow me anyway

5. Being in a relationship but not feeling worthy of it because of the past

6. Seeking validation from others because I want to know what it feels like to be cared about

7. Buying materialistic things hoping maybe it will increase my value as a human being

8. Hearing a song that reminds me of someone that is no longer in my life

9. Not being able to enjoy time with family and friends because of anxiety

10. Seeing a happy picture of myself wishing I could smile like that again
